"Steve & Sue were extremely friendly & helpful."

I was in Worcester for a business trip requiring 2 nights accomodation. I arrived early and was given immediate access to my room which was in a seperate cabin outside the pub.The room was excellent with plenty of room. I especially liked the fact that there was hot chocolate & fruit teas available in my room as I don't drink tea or coffee.I had an excellent meal in the pub both nights followed by a good choice of breakfasts in the mornings. Rest, very expensive for evening meal, no signal for mobile phones, really wished for fruit at breakfast table.

When we first started doing accommodation i contacted the tourist board, aa, and asked their opinion on phones in rooms, they commented...you would not get enough people ask to use the phone to even cover the line rental as everyone uses mobiles these days..depends on your network whether you get a good signal or not
one of our items on our breakfast menu is a fresh fruit salad prepared to order
An 8oz Rib Eye Steak would be 14.95 eve in most big chains like Cafe Rouge

Very friendly and helpful staff with good quality food for both evening meal and breakfast.A high level of cleanliness is maintained.

Dislikes:

The room was on the small side but that would be my only critisism.

All upstairs windows have to have safety locks on so that no one can fall out but are fully openable
Sorry if we were out of a couple of our most popular wines on your visit as the delivery we were expecting did not arrive until Saturday
due to being involved in an accident

Not as such but the space in the room could have been improved by a little modification - no need for the armchair, the wardrobe moved away from the door.
