We had stayed over after spending the day in worcester. when we got there I was a little dismayed that the room we had wasnt the one I had chosen, but it was equally as nice. we had a comfortable stay. the atmosphere was lovely, and staff were friendly. the bed was socomfortable we didnt get up for breakfast on time, so I cant rate the food unfortunately. being given a different room. carpet was a teeny bit dirty, but only fluff, not dirt.(thats me really trying to think of anything bad.

Food was superb. Menu was comprehensive and the meal was served by two very attractive servers. Quality of the food was first class.

Breakfast was just as good. Just perfect.

The only disappointment was the Super King Size bed in the Cider Mill room was two single mattresses joined together so ended up sliding into the middle and getting stuck which was uncomfortable. Over the top of the matress where it is joined together we do have a regular hotel quick link system which is purchased by most major hotel companies
which is padded perhaps it may have slipped during your stay i wish you had said and we could have looked at it for you
we chose this for health and safety reasons when it comes to turning matresses for our houskeeping staff
