Planning
We can begin whenever you are ready. One month or a year before.
Simply make a call to arrange to meet us to look around the facilities that we can offer Your specific requirements are important to us and these will be noted
A guide can be given on likely costs involved at this stage, but a written costing will be provided when matters are fully decided
Room hire charges from £ 50.00…£ 150.00 depending on confirmed numbers booked.

We have put some sample menus together to start the conversation with you,
but basically we can give you what you want and fully appreciate that any celebrations have there own special individuality.
Accommodation
Bants inn has 9 en-suite rooms including a Bridal suite with whirlpool bath Exclusive use of all the rooms available please ask
Entertainment
If you have a favourite D.J. or other form of entertainment of your choice Then you can arrange this direct after discussing with us
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the agreed cost will be requested on confirmation of the booking. This is fully refundable up to 3 months beforehand Payment of the balance will be required 2 weeks beforehand. Any bar bills or extras are payable upon departure by debit/credit card or cash
Items not included in room hire charges
Designer linen for tables and chairs Cake stand and bride knife Top table and other table flower arrangements. These can all be ordered by us at an extra cost
